You could place the electronics below the screen. Easier on the remote control
I assumed one or two sub woofers under the screen and front speakers besides the screen with space for movement and cleaning. Some of the electronics have annoying LEDs that can be a distraction while watching a movie. Wherever you place the electronics, make sure there is enough air circulation. You don't want to deal with equipment heating issues.
I forgot you are going for VoG speakers. This wiring has to be done at the top for these speakers. Since you mention false ceiling, there is still a way to get to them if and when you wan to replace.
On the positioning, may be FMs who have implemented this can chime on the following idea.
1. Assume the ceiling mount speakers are not too heavy and are low profile
2. Can something similar to a track be implemented on the ceiling
2. The track can be then used to hold the VoG speakers at the desired position
4. There can always be a way to make sure there is no rattle
Cheers,
