Video quality not good samsung LCD 40 inch

Dear All

The quality of video in my Samsung TV LCD 40 inch is very Dulll to start with.
It takes around 15 minutes to come to normal good video quality.

Hi friend,

Have you searched net on this behavior for the model?. Is it only for SD channels - what happens when a dvd player is connected or video played from usb drive?
