Yes, surely. I am yet to quantify (at least qualitatively) the difference in music listening between records and CD, but I feel voices in records that are quite old are better coming from records than from those CDs. Sounds are quite complete in their tonal completeness.
The difference is like listening to a drum in a room and through a pipe in front of your ear in the same room.
