Wakao Humshakal LP. Songs are too good - especially "Udti Chiriya Udte Udte" rendered by Asha Bhosle is magical.

Is the record shown in this pic an Indian pressing? Just curious.

Thanks,
Sourav

After a long wait, got Humshakal LP in hands.. and the magic of RD in the air...

Hum Tum Gum Sum..., what a composition, mesmerizing..!!:)

Psychedelic Preludes of "Chori Chori Chupke Chupke" is simply amazing.

Makes one itch to get stoned.

Hi fend
Its a pleasure to see the COSMIC TT HS 410DD :)......bringing back fond memories! My friend owned one in the mid eighties. A great sounding and well built TT with floating suspension chassis

Slayer - Hell Awaits (1987, Brazilian repress, Young Records)

Popol Vuh - Nosferatu OST (1978, 1st French press, Egg Records)

Superb score. That Nosferatu soundtrack is absolutely amazing. Also one of the most visually brilliant films ever made. Herzog is a true genius!

Two best sounding albums I just listened ...[Setup: Lenco l75+ Technics SU-V10X and Boston Towers]

1. Kya tum ne dil liya nahi mera jawab do - ghazal (Muhammad Rafi)
Angel EP., 1969.
The bass is too good and is best balanced with the sound of other instruments. The Tabla and santoor sounds as if someone in playing it in-front of you. Young Rafi saab's voice may tempt others to beg to God for such a voice.....

Listen(although the recording is not that good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4eElduqmTUA

2. From another Divine Singer K.J. Jesudas. Bhagavat Gita, Music by Rangasamy Parthasarathi. Oriental records.1977.
Wow, what a mesmerizing rendering and one of best recorded record I have heard recently.

The Side-1 of the Record starts with the sound of Conch(SANGU). If not recorded properly with an apt distance from Mic, its sound can pierce the ears....
The recording seems to be done with a aim to mesmerize the listeners...

Listen it here[Even though, you will not get the LP quality]: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rf99Q7RjJUY&list=PL48F7086E03DFB6CB
