Super Saver scheme for AUS,NZ,SA,IND has ended on 15th January, and they haven't extended yet
I order 3 BDs on 22nd Nov, expected date was 14th Dec, didn't arrive, Amazon UK requested me to wait until 31st Dec, I waited, still nothing came, they re despatched by Royal mail, expected date was 10th Jan, nothing came, they asked me to wait until 17th Jan, I waited, nothing came, they refunded, I took the decision to get the refund after two failures and 53 days of wait, so my venture into Amazon UK failed without any hope, my unconfirmed guess is lost parcels are picked up by middlemen who are making merry(?), don't know how much AMAZON UK is losing in this way, someone correctly said - every carrier is as good or as bad
I must say FLIPKART and AMAZON UK customer service is best one can think of, I don't think any e-commerce vendor can better them
I have purchased tons of BDs,DVDs,LPs,Books,Electronics etc. from FLIPKART,RHYTHMHOUSE,EBAY India,US,UK,Indiacddvdonline, never had this experience, my address is easiest and most popular in this region (IIT Guwahati)
