You bought Samsung Captivate from ebay using aramex.right?...was it a used one or new one with box..the reason why I am asking is I want to buy Atrix from ebay and many of them do not have box with them...will it create a problem with customs or aramex...as I heard that aramex wont allow used items to be shipped..

The only way its better than sending a mail is that response is comparatively prompt.

And yes, while i do have a twitter account, i do not use FB Although the promo code using which i registered with them (and i think you too), was on there FB post only.

i did the calculator on site as well as thier relationship manager i have also confirmed the details including customs.in my case though it was heavy ,it was still cheaper than here landed and best part it isnt launched here .
so i went for it

at ^^^-that's very strange b'coz SYW also uses Aramex and I did get stuff through the SYW website at my home which is about 15 kms ahead of sec'bad cantt!Try talking to CC.

BTW, I have stopped answering on this thread or PMs about aramex because I get a hint in the queries posted by some HFV members (just like you comparing me with someone who is importing goods for others to make profit), on this thread or through PMs I receive, as if I have any commercial interest in it which is absolutely not correct.
