@Thad, it is definitely not too late. We can finalise the agenda in the next three to four days.

@Bottle, yes it is the same. The number of participants who have confirmed are 30 members. Actual figure could be about 25-27. There is sufficient parking for that many cars though everyone is not expected to come by car. The event day happens to be Sunday. Moreover, we can organise valet parking if required.

The general area is right but both the green arrow showing the building and the "A" pointing to the building are off the mark.

Look for the name "Gautam Manor" Thankfully, that points to the correct building.

Since the thread was started a while ago & I'm not sure if all of them would be interested in attending the meet, I have communicated to all those who are listed on the Google Excel sheet via email / PM requesting them to send in their mail ids/ mobile numbers which would be taken as their confirmation for attending the meet. Hope to get replies of confirmation from all of them ASAP

Moderately easy to carry: M-Audio AV40 monitor speakers --- but unless there is to be specific comparison of computer desk-top audio, probably no point.

Very easy to carry: AudioTechnica ADH-AT900 open-back headphones.

Unbelievably easy to carry: Mahler's 2nd Symphony on CD. The finale, of a huge orchestra with choir and organ is a lovely speaker test! It is probably as close as classical music ever gets to Star Wars, but, of course, without any of that Cinema sound colour or flavour.

Hi Santhosh,

Me and Srini discussed the agenda points but will finalise the whole thing after discussing with Musicmaya as he has arranged the AV expert and we are not sure what would his role be.

The agenda will be out by tomorrow evening. By the way, all you guys can chip in with ideas; more the merrier.

Capt: let us avoid recorded cd's..we will use only the original cd...

Since we would be listening to numbers from different genres and having seen how easy it was to compare different setups and cable changes, I've suggested that. Changing CDs every now and then is quite a chore.
