Eastern Electric M520 integrated - advice

Does anybody have this amp or has heard it? There's a used one available, and the reviews are good, but I cant make up my mind since everywhere they say - it's great for the money. That doesnt necessarily mean it's great, period. Grateful for feedback.

It is a great amp at the price point. Whether it is best is very debatable. Very difficult to find something called as best.
