Can you please check your release version? It is present in diagnostics. Release version of my STB is 102

Still only 8 HD channels. No clue on when new HD channels will be added. Any one in the forum has any info on when new HD channels will be added?

I got my Hathway HD box before one month but facing lip-sync problem in all the channels.Switching off the HD box solves the problems for few minutes but again it reoccurs.I even sent it back to Hathway service centre but the problem is still there.Hathway people can't give any solution to it.Don't know what to do?

You need to either reset the STB or ask them for a new STB

Does anybody having HD Set-top box have voice merging probelm in channel 450 (NGC)... Actually, I am hearing both Hindi and English language at the same time. This issue is from last 1 month and unable to fix it even after trying all the language settings

How many HD channels are there totally now? My cable guy is saying 6600 for one year and i am still a bit skeptical as they dont seem to have all the hd channels.

Pls tell which all hd channels are there now

Only 8 HD channels are there as of now. Movies Now HD, Ten HD, Colors HD, CNBC prime HD, History TV18 HD, Discovery HD, Travel XP HD, MTunes HD.

I heard that 10 channels are in testing and out of that 3 channels will be added by Jan end. Remaining 7 probably by Feb end. Nothing is sure in case of hathway till you actually see it

10 channels in testing? Wow! Are there that many HD channels, apart from the ones already on Hathway?

My cable guy came a couple of days ago for the payment and was again pestering me to take the HD box. I told him if more channels are added or if a DVR is available I'd be the first one to take it. He didnt have anything to say to that but said that he would inform me about any updates.
