Help me buy my first HT

Hi,

Recently i bought an LG 3D LED TV and an LG Blu-ray player.
I am planning to buy a Home theater system that goes along with this.
I am looking for a product in the range of Rs. 15000 to 23000.
Please help me pick up the best HT in this budget.

Onkyo 3400 is around 25K. If you can stretch the budget to 30K there are other options like Onkyo 3500, Denon 1312XP, Yamaha 296/298 etc. Within your budget there is LG Blu-Ray HTiB with two hdmi inputs although I will prefer any one of the above mentioned brands to LG.

Baiju - Is it possible to attach an external speaker to any home theater receiver? Onkyo s3400, YHT 196, 296 etc.,

You can use external speakers and it will enhance sound quality if quality speakers are used. Usually people change the front satellites to book shelves for enjoying music.
