Hisense TVs India Price and availability - Blocked by Hisense!

Then dont claim its a good buy without any verification of any kind. Even if Toshiba claims its 1000nits. The only reason its a good buy if its indeed H9G rebranded.
If you are now going by specs then Ridaex tv is a better tv. I guess you are not getting the point now.
Ridex has a 600 nits IPS panel. So no, for HDR, it is no where close to a tv with a 1000 nits VA Panel.

No one knows for a fact what panel is actually in the TV. Hisense specifically mentioned H8g equivalent in its listing. No such thing here. Pure speculation as to if the lower priced models are H8F rebranded or whatever. As of now we don't even have the release date for these. Hopefully Reliance has few display models when it launches so we can see how good it is.
Right now all we have is a product page to go by from a company with practically no presence in India.
May be great when it launches may be not. It's great if they launch by Diwali. But I don't think anyone is going to miss those discounts to wait for a TV with no release date. Bird in hand better than 2 in the bush.

They will not say that this tv is equivalent to h9g because they don’t want to show the Indian consumers that Toshiba is Chinese Hisense brand. They r advertising Toshiba is a Japanese brand. May be that’s the reason

I dont think any brand ever confirms what rebranded stuff they are using. They all claim they made it.

^ True! Hisense said 65U7QF is H8G globally only because its the same brand. VU never said their initial offerings were re-branded Hisense TVs. They just market as their own.
Toshiba will not say Hisense's name anywhere in their page. Only once the TV is actually launched and people start reviewing/comparing models, we will ever get to know.

Mi TV Horizon Edition is launched and is a let down too.. waste of time.

Vidaa is much better in that regard. It should be fine with 1.5Gigs
Actually most of us intend to use 4K Firestick with this kind of TV, So VIDA is not that Important and you will also have a richer experience with F-stick/Nvidia Shield, but what's important is Panel Quality with H9G FALD Algorithms. This TV could also be a bummer going by the history (Stripped down models). And reliance digital can't be trusted because they proved their inefficiency by showcasing a TV, accepting pre-orders and cancel it later. Looks like all this was planned during pre-covid time and now everything took a U-turn. With the current borden tensions with china, there is a high chances of supply-chain disruption which could further delay the launch or might also get cancelled for good.

Spoke to a reliance digital store locally in Delhi, had no clue of 65 inch hisense and toahibha qleds. They did have a 43" hisense on display though. The guy said probably wait a month if you want to see the units on display.

The 65inch Hisense was listed on Tata Cliq, as of Last week but shows out of stock.

Is tata cliq a reliable app to shop for such expensive items sony 950G is also available with effective price of 1.48 lacs but apart from flipkart & amazon havnt got much experience regarding other shopping apps cant find sony x950g from local dealers

I know. I really want to see the tv on display before I make a decision. It'll probably take a month or two, if at all, before 65u7qf or 65u8080 show up on display anywhere

What makes the decision difficult, is the fact that I'm not very particular about PQ considering I am sorta ok with the Vu premium series TV that I have. Backlight bleeding is what really annoys me, especially at night and with dark scenes.

Once I see the hisense or toshiba qleds, then I can decide between hisense/toshiba (90k-1L) or sony x9500g (~145k)

What about banding effect, motion blur and juddering effect ? It plagues all VU TVs. Forget Hisense U7QF, it's a no match to X95G but you can consider Toshiba U8080. But long term reliability aspect is a big question which is even bothering me. Most of them in America complain of so many problems associated with Hisense TVs just after 1.5 years of ownership. It could be a risky investment but you might get lucky.

Not at all, avoid Tata CliQ and Reliance Digital online. But Croma is good. I have ordered online on Croma and their order processing was good and product was neatly delivered. With big ticket items I suggest that you buy offline and make sure that you are not getting a display piece. And I am sure you will find better deals offline than online for such expensive TVs, but only thing is you need to do some excercise and enquire and not fall for those salesmen who would try to sell you extended warranty which defeats the purpose of buying offline at a discounted price.

My friend is area sales manager in samsung he can get me samsung tv at very attractive price but i have no idea which 2020 samsung tv is comparable to likes of sony 8000h & 9000h so far all my previous tvs have been sony so im very much reluctant to go with samsung

It's probably just me but I haven't noticed/paid attention to motion blur and judder. Banding I've noticed in some PS4 games but I don't see it very often.

I get that VU/Hisense would be much inferior to Sony x9500g for sure, but I want to see in person how many of these differences I can actually catch. If toshiba u8080 doesn't show up on display in another month or there are no legit reviews, will probably go for the 65x9500g only.

I've bought all five of my Voltas ACs from Tata Cliq since they offer 5 year warranty on the entire unit. My experience had been fine, no hiccups yet.

You should be able to get the same 1.45-1.5L price offline (in atleast Delhi/NCR) by quoting revised sony price of 1.58L, 9000h and other suggestions mentioned in this thread. Retailers are very eager to make a sale these days, since almost all of them are behind their quotas. Maybe try end of the month if you really want to drive a bargain

I am sure U8080 a.k.a H9G is only very slightly inferior to X95G in terms of performance. But w.r.t to Product Quality, yes, it's definitely inferior. If you are lucky then you can get a TV that can last.
