Kix, You have a great collection no doubt.. have you tried/ seen True Grit (new one), Bladerunner, French Connection etc? I heard they are really good ones. Planning to buy once my credit card thing gets shorted out.

Your credit card address billing must exactly match. I had problem with TheHut.com also. In "House No." don't enter just the house number. For example, if your real billing address has the words "Flat No 11", then enter "Flat No 11" in "House No" and not just 11.
 
Oh no it is nothing to do with my address, but something to do with my bank, they are processing a new card as they thinks that the current one has some faulty magnetic strip issue, which I have never encountered. In any case, I am waiting for the new card, and I don't have a 2nd card as I find it cumbersome to manage multiple cards.

Btw .. great list, I think you can now start a rental compnay, considering that you owns so many titles. Batman rises is a immediate must movie along with Argo. Why only MIB 1&2, you can go for the box set with all 1-2-3. Shawsank is an ultimate thriller of a movie.

Blade Runner and French Connection are both great movies. Among other things, a fantastic car chase in French Connection. Blade Runner really makes you think.

IIRC and I maybe wrong, the French Connection BD transfer is supposedly rather bad so I did not get that but have seen the movie on DVD and maybe even on VHS. Blade Runner is a great BD transfer.

All I want from Amazon is free shipping. Why don't everybody write to Amazon about it? If a lot of users write to them they may introduce free shipping. Paying $3.99 per BD + per package shopping charge of $4.99 that on BDs that cost $10 to $15 is killing.

++1 to that. You guys at least deserve that much for the amount of discs you have ordered from Amazon.
 
Anyone who wants Skyfall on Blu-ray may buy it from infibeam.com.
I bought the Blu-ray+DVD and got it today @ Rs. 869/- shipped. That's a discount of 130 on the MRP of 999.

When compared to the price of amazon UK it worked out Rs. 550 less. That's a huge discount compared to amazon... This time its working out the other way round.

Yes. Already seen that. The deal has been in offering for quite a while now. But if you look closely at the movies in the list, most of them are in 6 to 8 price range, thus effectively nullifying any major discount.
