Hello Samrat,
I just constructed 4 walls with 2 pillars on both sides to a height of 9.5 feet and the fabricators of the tress work people did the rest by placing 2 tress between the pillars and did the sheeting work and there is no need for metal pipes, the shed (HT) of mine on the terrace is 30feet x 16feet, and i will add the picture (external) afterwards.
The power supply wiring was done earlier at the time of my construction itself, for audio and video wiring i done them inside the wall paneling during carpenter's work. I have to provide some power supply wiring to the Sub's on both side's for 7.2 setup, i also done them inside the panel itself.
I placed my AVR to the side of seating area (pic 5) and BR player and the extreamer M player in front of the seating below leg room, I provided some 2" pvc pipes connecting AVR and BR and Mplayer to bring HDMI cables and power supply, I have not mixed the concealing
of power and HDMI it was done by separate piping.
If you plan carefully during construction itself you can conceal the wires.
I used only normal thermocol of 1/2" and 2" sizes.
Regarding pesticide treatment, I have done nothing but the plywood was dermite proof.
Regarding the Door's placement for new construction ask the expertise. Mine is 24' x 15.25' x 8.25' and my door's were already fixed during the construction itself, Windows i preferably placed one on both sides of the seating area and add'l one in the center of the room opp to entrance, Since no nearby neighbors i used open these windows during the evening with mosquito screen.
HT rack as said before on the side and front of the seating.
Regarding lighting its your choice, Yellow lighting on the side walls and white lighting on the ceiling and some blue led strip lighting on the POP ceiling was done by me.( all are LED's). In any way for HT you have to switch of all the lighting's except the foot lighting for the step to seating area.(1 Watt on both sides of mine)
Wooden floor ., the imported wooden flooring with different colours and designs are available, it is depending upon your speaker setup and the roomsize, thick matt is also one of the method to stop bouncing of the sound from the floor.
My roofing is TATA brown coloured curved type, you can see from inside from first photo of the thread.
