Need help connecting Home Theater + BluRay + TV

use RCA in of your htib from RCA out/headphone out.......you will hardly play anything via usb in TV with a proper DTS audio........RCA in will do enough justice....

@prosenjit, I do not think that the HTiB has audio-in. I don't think that it has any audio-input - whether analogue or digital (except HDMI ARC).

do your system have it??...a red and a white female set at the dvd/amplifier back area?
if yes you will need a 3.5 male to RCA male converter....very easily avilable...
.or you can use old RCA cables found in home as your TV do have RCA outs also...

yes you have to select audio out in tv remote maybe......

but your tv has an optical out(see digital audio out) and sony home theter also has an optical input..........best is connect that..

your sammy blu ray player also has a digital out...

not neccesary to buy a ht set right now....save money and get a real strong system afetr sometime than spending 50k right now........

Okay, let me put this way :

1st case :

I have Airtel HD channels. I want Airtel audio output on Home Theater. So, how do we connect TV and HT to get audio out on HT speakers ?


2nd case :

I watch videos on my Samsung Player. So, I need to connect Samsung Player + HT + TV , so the source DVD is Samsung, Video is TV and Audio is HT.

And looks like I have lost all of my cables while moving my office. I only have 3 HDMI cords now. Do I need some extra cables ? Co axial or optical ?

play a usb in tv....connect tv optical audio out to ht set optical audio in..
