Best among norge? For your budget range it should be Norge 2060 + the millienium speakers range. Good VFM. Rated well too. On the other hand you have Norge 1000 and speakers beyond that range in Norge itself. You can try that too if your budget is increased. Norge 2060 with wharfe 9.2 goes well.

I currently use Norge 2060 with Monitor Audio M2 bookshelves. The amp will cost you around INR 8750 and the M2s will cost INR 14.5 k. You could also try the Norge Millenium speakers which are rated at 4 ohms to match the amplifier (INR 12.5k) or could also consider Wharfedale 10.1 which will cost around INR 12k.

Its better to go with 9.2 rather than 9.1. Choice anyway is yours!!
Amp - you can anyway source from Mr Bajaj. The cost as mentioned (in earlier post) is 8750Rs with shipping inclusive. But if you dont have time to visit, you can just etransfer, inform Mr Bajaj he shall ship you (probably your shipping cost will be lesser)
Hi to everyone and thanks also for replying to my query,but now the confusion starts which will be the best speakers that will go with norge 2060 amp ,should i go with norge millienium range or wharfe or monitor any other brand?

You can't go wrong with either Wharf 9.2s or Norge Milleniums. Since you are in Mumbai, I strongly suggest that you go and audition the Norge amp at their store before you make a purchase decision.
In the same budget range, you may also consider Sonodyne or used NAD / Marantz amps.

When you visit to Mahim, call Mr.Bajaj and inform him you are coming. When i visited them, they did not had 1000 Amp for auditioning.

I have the Norge 1000 with Wharfedale 9.6s. Sound is great!
recently I have bought a Norge 1000 concerto gold and have paired with diamond 10.2. I am using AUX from a phono preamp and DVD from a USB DAC. Everything including the front panel headphone terminal working fine. But the "line out" at the back panel of the amp does not give any signal at all? As its a line out I guess it should carry approx. 200 -300mV signal.
I contacted Mr. Bajaj, and here is the excerpt
my query:
"Line out of the amp does not send any signal at all with CD/AUX/Tape. I
have checked with the soundcard and head phone. The conventional line out
carries approx. 200 mV which is enough to drive these. Please clarify."
Mr. Bajaj's answer
"Please try any source into the line in of the Norge amplifier, and see if
you can hear the sound"
seems his answer does not satisfy me. Can anyone confirm me whether its a bug in my amp or in general the amp "line out"
BTW this amp probably needs some burn-in time, first impression is messy low frequencies, will wait for the same.

The best Norge amp is Norge Mosfet Reference 2000. I had spoken with Mr. Bajaj who too conferred with the same.
If you predominantly listen to indian film music, then 1000 should be good, but if you listen to a wider variety go for the 2000. It should cost you about 11k in Mumbai.

Wharfedale Diamond 9.2 with the Norge 2060.
A couple of our FM's have the Norge /9.2 setup and are very pleased.
It's a good match and the 9.2's are well respected speakers as well for the price
Yes Mr.Bajaj had come out with a prototype of his pre_power combo which we had planned to unveil in the Mumbai meet but he could not make it to the event. It is still not clear when he will go into production. It is said that the pre power will be his best product in terms of sound quality.
