Congratulations. Aren't the OWM3 brilliant as rear surrounds?

MaSh
These surrounds giving big surround stage Mash. I wasnt thought of this much that this would perform this well. I recommend this for any surrounding positions like surround, surround back and heights...

Congrats!:clapping: Do you hear any difference after you tried? Please let us know.
I wonder how much difference it would make on an average system, audio wise.
Even I was equally skeptical about the tall claims that these gadgets make, overall impression isn't bad after all. I actually thought it as a expensive surge protection at least, if all claims from AV sales guys fall flat.

Denon AVR - there's no much issue with the output, The power fluctuations like refrigerator compressor or AC compressor getting on used to show blank screen on projector and cause resetting of HDMI connection. This problem got mostly solved with changing to Bluerigger HDMI cables. Not much difference with adding a power conditioner now. Denon didn't have any other issues with noise disturbance so nothing noticeable with adding a power conditioner. A strange thing was HDMI video wasn't available (which was working perfectly with regular AC socket) when connecting the power conditioner socket. Which corrected later automatically, I'll be worried if such a thing repeats.

Used to hear a hum when placing your ear very close to the towers, especially with analog sources - which is almost gone after adding a power conditioner.

Klipsch SW 5yr old, had a faint audible hum, noticeable during the very quiet situations, which is totally non existent now.

My onkyo Integra is a 10yr old amp which has a slight hum when you listen keeping ears very closely to the front speakers. Which is completely gone as of now.

My impression is - if you have a older (>5yrs)electronic equipments you'd definitely be benefitted by adding a power conditioner. Newer gadgets are equipped with a better power supply and noise reduction so you need not invest in a power conditioner. But it provides a additional (albeit not VFM) surge protection so it can be considered.
Also if you have invested more than a 1L on your equipment and taken care of all possible noise reduction , a one time investment of 10% cost; which adds to the safety of your devices does make lot of sense.

Would you mind sharing the cost and the source ?

Is it a 240V model or is it an auto voltage sensing model ?

13k including cables and adapter plugs, its a 240V only model.

Hi ,
Am re writing this post for the third time , running in to problems with posting the pics .
This black Friday purchased a LG, 4k, 60 UH60 LED TV @ $566.

For the last 4 years was enjoying a Samsung Plasma 43", 720 purchased in 2012 @ $475 .

After moving in a bigger house felt the 43 " Samsung was smaller considering the distance to view from the seating area . Did not want to move the seating closer . The need for a bigger screen TV was hence born . However This was put on the backburner with other priorities etc.

The desire reignited recently when browsing thro Black Friday deals.
Checked deals with various online retailers and found the best ones were with Best buy and Walmart as these vendors were near by and returns would be easy , just in case. Best was the most preferred for their real 0 % 18 m financing. Prices on both were better that others.

Must have features and considerations -
1)60 ", 4k, 4 HDMI, 2 USB ports , Web browsing, Integrated Sling TV app .
2)Size - Horizontal and vertical - TV should fit the cut out in the media center . Cut out size - 52 x 34 " .
3)TV should be returnable free of cost without return shipping and restocking fees .
4)Should be able to play videos from USB port -Built in media player .
With this in mind and quick browsing decided on available deals on a LG , Samsung and Sharp .

Finally decided to check out Best Buy first (Although the deals were available online too ) for some door busters. Could not imagine myself actually standing in line outside the store and waiting for gates to open (The temp was about 6 deg Cel which is good as today is -1 deg). When our turn came , BB had only 60" LG TV remaining. Checked the model no and specs. Purchased it .

What is compromised-
1)Unfortunately No sling TV preinstalled app. There are others like HULU , Netflix etc
2)1 HDMI and 1USB port less.

The TV dimensions were pretty tight with - 53.5 x 33.25 " . Horizontally was able to adjust the TV behind the supporting pillars and all this with the stand . Big problem solved. Most reviews said only up to 55 inch TVs can fit.

Will update on viewing experience in a few days. Enjoying the big screen experience .
Some pics attached.
Thanks,

Hi Sara,

Are you using this in India all with a stepdown transformer? Also where in US are you? I am in LA just checking so that I can check the CL too. Thx

Got a Smsl M8 delivered yesterday, its amazing sound quality, it's almost like Standard definition (without DAC) vs full HD (with M8) as far as audio resolution is concerned.

Got almost brand new BA26 from FM. Very good and underrated speakers. Bass is adequate for my liking (unlike opined by many) , probably my room is making a difference.
