Gorgeous looking...is this the MBL c31 CD player. Always lusted after one 😍
This is the C51 Integrated amp.
The fussy midbass of R1 which was always whimpering due to low power suddenly seems to frantically moving all over and literally scampering for life !
Such is the grip this amp has on this speaker

That's great to know, I also recently moved from Simaudio to Cary SI 300.2 & the speakers certainly seem to be enjoying the additional power. Also managed to get a SR sub which seems to be very non fussy in the integration aspect.

While these would be no CBL for sure but get the job done for a stereo + HT shared amp with minimal real estate :)

Absolutely !! Cary is an excellent amplifier , have auditioned their power amp few months back!! ❤️
Yes R1 definitely is liking more power and is moving really well .
On lookout for a R series Sub as well, hope I stumble upon something .

An excellent choice of amplifier, it can put to shame many class AB amps in terms of power and control(not only on paper), can make speakers sing at lowest of volumes, very dynamic. I had the opportunity to listen to this amplifier on the mbl bookshelf's and the SF olympica nova III, even at low volumes the layering in the bass(in SF) and resolution overall was remarklable. If not mentioned many would consider it a Class AB amplifier. 👍

Bought the Zidoo Zx9 8k from Amazon USA.
Wasn’t expecting a significant upgrade in sound quality as compared to the Nvidia Shield Pro. Tested for movies and concerts, it’s a day and night difference apart from the ease of functionality. The difference is a new speakers and amp upgrade type of difference! Was running Kodi on shield and using native player in Zidoo.

Anyone else with a similar experience?
I was using Nvidia Shield with Kodi and then upgraded to a proper streamer. The reason there is a difference is that Android by default does not output the raw stream contrary to what you may expect even when setup on Kodi to do so. Good streamed like the eversolo uses android but a modified version to be able to handle audio streams correctly. This makes a huge difference in the audio quality and more so if you have suitable speaker, SAC and Amp it’s good to use a quality streamer a minimal upgrade would be the wiim pro plus.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
