yeah, they are portable (i.e only USB, no power cable).
just saw another store selling the same for $99.99, My bad luck.

Picked up the Kodak PlaySport HD video cam for $125. This is really an awesome piece of device........... though not equivalent to a HD professional handy cam........... at this price point it's doing a good job.
Anybody looking for a low budget HD cam......this is one is waiting for you.

I have an announcement to all my forum friends.

After a long thoughts and discusion I finally bring home a new set of Logitech Z-5500 HT system on Wednesday(15/09/2010).

My setup of speakers & sub has been finished today. I found it's been a tuff task to mount these speakers on wall but any way it has been done. I set the sub into the left corner of my room pointing diagonally (as per recommendations of DTS speakers setup by DTS Inc.)

I connect this system with my Philips DVD Player (3368/94) via Coaxial output. First I played the video songs from "Eagles - Hotel California DTS DVD", believe me it's simply blown me away. Every details of the song is very clear & pronounced, mid and high ranges are excellent. And the bass... simlly out of the world.

Today I will test it with a movie "Final Destination 4" lets see how does it comes out.....

Got a BANDRIDGE cable blue series (RCA M RCA M Digital Coax 1m - model BAL 4801) for INR 299. Box says - Manufacturer: Bandridge Europe NV ... Netherlands. Importer: Nippon ... Chennai.

Just want to know if this is "good enough" or if there are better options on similar price available? I heard from a dealer that DAC coaxial/optical cables will be of the range of INR 1K or so. Are they way better than the one I got?

If you have bought it in US, chances are that it is not factory unlocked.

If it is not factory unlocked, then you need to jailbreak it. Please post software version.

Also, it uses micro-SIM, google to find out how to cut your SIM card if your service provider does not give the same.

If your service providers is Airtel, then no need to cut the SIM because Airtel has launched their Micro Sim Card.
