Yes, I got a call from them for confirming the order on Monday...and got an SMS and an email regarding shipping and tracking number on Tuesday...its through aramex..my shipment is still in Mahipalpur City

give them a call..and give your order number....their CC was good to me so far...

Letsbuy CC is good. Infact last month i ordered an 2TB HDD which was become out of stock and they offered an refund for that and i told to keep the order pending and once new stock arrives to send me, i have been updated once in 2 days about my status and within 1 week new stock arrived and prepared for shipment and sent by Aramex... It got stucked in same Mahipalpur city for 2 to 3 days for some reason.

Since I had planned already to go to abroad during that period delivery period, i instructed Letsbuy to hold the shipment for a week and it was informed to Aramex promptly and they held at chennai and on my return on call it was delivered to me.

My experience with letsbuy.com is the other way. I ordered an LG T325 phone for my friend on 23/5 Monday. I waited 3 days but didn't get any message from them regarding despatch of the item. So on 26/5 I sent an email to their CC. I also called them and all i could hear was that pre-recorded message - "Your call is very important to us. Please stay online". So i stayed online for five minutes and finally hangup only to see that Rs.7 being deducted from my phone balance. The number is NOT TOLL FREE. I sent email again to their CC. But got no reply. I called them again two more times, and this time someone answered me. He said that the item has been despatched yesterday. So i requested him to give me the courier docket number. He said he will email me the number. After a few hours later i got a call from CC and they said that my address area is not serviceable. I said him that i will give another address and mailed. So finally (and the only one) i got a reply from them:

"Dear Customer,
Greeting from Letsbuy.com!

We would like to inform you that the address provided by you in trail mail against your order #LSB-xxxxxx has been forwarded to the dispatch team and same will be considered at the time of delivery.
Thank you for writing to us and assuring you the best of our services.
Thanks & Regards,
xxxxx"

Today i again sent emails (3 of them) to know the status of my order. But no reply. Tried to call again but lost another 5-10 Rs.
Before posting this message, I checked my email and letsbuy account again just to be sure.

So 10+emails + telephone charge = frustration:sad:
At this rate i will lose the margin i got by applying the discount coupon

So dudes, purchase your items online only if they are not available locally. The extra paisa if any you would pay is better than the agony and frustration.

Because letsbuy uses aramex. All this PITA is because of aramex. I tried to register on their website to receive SMS alerts. And my address is not serviceable as per them and retired military officials live in my area with a national bank, a kendriya vidyalaya and a railway station too. Morons really.

Now I've 2 shipments coming in via Aramex->Letsbuy.com & Aliexpress.com

I hope aramex will update their daabase...else these 2 will be last transactions with them.

And the reason I want them to deliver is, their database might get updated with my address. This would help me in future online shopping. If this doesn't happen, I'll collect it myself from the not so far Hyderabad.

Kittu bhai, I just checked Aramex Couriers is in Begumpet(10KMs from my place) and Begumpet is in Sec-Bad.. I wonder how many customers they have from old city.

See with such offers under my nose, how will I go collect it myself. I'll make them come and deliver shipments at my doorstep. Then, I will be able to use ebay, SnS etc via aramex and save my soul as Kaushik has suggested

Mine is a district headquarters and they have no service here. The CC guy told me that they use 4 courier companies DTDC, first filght etc. So i requested him to check my address with dtdc. I had got many items delivered through dtdc.

Its my first android phone.My opinion won't be a professional one. All I can say is it is awesome. I tried my hand on internet(very fast), GPS, youtube, a game(on tv too), played an HD video on TV and clarity was awesome, few astro apps, panchang etc. Camera flash is pretty powerful, it whitened faces. I had 55 Rs balance with Vodafone prepaid when I got this phone. Now, its zero balance:lol:. I guess I've to find how I can disable internet on EDGE.

Thanks to Dkaile for putting up this....I almost bought Dell Streak 5 for 18K.

COD was not available to my location. So I paid using a VISA debit card.

Its my first android phone.My opinion won't be a professional one. All I can say is it is awesome.
