Frankly speaking Your snaps looks more stunning than the equipment, not that the turntable is some low lud, but I believe a technically well taken picture brings out far more details than sometimes the actual subject.

Sam,
Photography & skills can surely make good look better, but not worse look good.
Any photograph taken (like of CoreElements) should be well balanced or at times the main person (in this case the turntable, cartridge, arm etc) can also be placed a little away from the center of the photograph to get some interesting capture.

And lastly the more clean your environment will be, the better shall be the photographs.
So get rid of clutter, clean the subject you want to click & organize the stuff/things placed around it to take a shot.

**Quick tips on photography samapt!
For more on them please contact AUDIOENGINEER (he is a maestro in photography as well!)

Details are always there, we just happen to miss the subtle beauties around us. Observing than just looking ..is the key to good photographs.

Thanks for your kind words once again.

Sid,

The first picture is absolutely majestic and my favorite! Just awesome.
Please update your signature. I don't want to see the Project looking for a new home! It already has one.

Though its not photography thread, so I will ask just one question.....what do I have to do as a first step to learn to take pictures of that magnitude...(except ofcourse to get a decent camera). I have a Sony H10 currently and I just love the D40/60 from Nikon as SLR.

Sid I see cameravisionthe photography fourm ad on this fourm, I bet you , AUDIOENGINEER and coreeliment must have few threads there.....can you recomend few form there for starters like me :)........

@ Sam
Get in hands a Nikon D90 @ 38k. You need nothing else then for a lifetime with a 50mm f1.8 lens @ 5.5k + 18-55mm lens.

Yet first, work on compositions and take some editing tips from CoreElement, since he is an expert in design creation and digitial editing.
