Yes I was talking about the C series 650 cost in Hyd for 61-62k.

If Samsung Digital Camera + Stabilizer + Girias Gift = 6k, take it, otherwise look elsewhere.

Also, Iam not sure of the tax structure in banglaore. It could be little bit here or there.

Thanks for the info on the price.
The digital Camera i mentioned in my list is from Samsung. , not from the showroom. So as such from showroom I am getting only Stabilizer and some small gift.
By keeping ur price in mind , I will look for price negotiation..

does anybody know the latest price of the 32" full hd models, Sammy LA32B530P7R and the LG 32LH35FR. Compare india list it at 33000 and 30000 respectively at a delhi retailers. Can i use these prices as a bargaining chip at coimbatore? Are would there be big price diff between delhi and here?
 
I'm looking to buy a 50" Plasma. Can you please post what is the best price you have got for..

1. Samsung PS50C450
or
2. LG 50PK350

Any opinion on which is better? :)
 
Bought a Samsung 40" C530 LCD from Vijay Sales for 51K yesterday. Delivery next Friday.

Dealer's price was 60K with a Samsung digital camera bundled, which I didn't want. Weirdly, dealer's price last week was 58K - they said Samsung had raised prices over the last few days :eek:

I'd also dropped in at Kohinoor (never liked them; moribund sales staff), and they too hit bedrock at 51K. Other places varied from 52K -54K.

After the "patchy" experience with my now-returned LG LCD (posted in another thread), I'd been seriously considering plasma this time around, but when I compared the C530 LCD alongside the C450 plasma with 1080i content, the jaggies on the C450 grated. Since I'd be using this for SDTV, movies, (occasional) PC monitor and gaming, 1024x768 was a big turnoff. Decent FullHD plasmas were too pricey (or too big), so it's the low (or is it the middle?) road for me again! :D

Disclaimer: Dunno if 51K is a good price or not - I'm a bad bargainer :)

Buddy, I have no idea regarding the prices there in Mumbai but in Delhi, Samsung 40C530 is available for Rs. 48500:clapping: (and that also not very hard bargained) at Croma, Janak Puri and Vijay Sales, Janak Puri.

No no, Vicks, all info is good, man. And part of being a bad bargainer is that buyer's remorse is no more than a momentary twinge, otherwise all my ceiling fans would have dangling nooses :D

Oh, and was the 48.5K quote you got recent? The VS guys gave me some jazz about Samsung having raised prices in the last week. I saw that the dealer price on the C530 (with the camera) went from 58K to 60K within a week in the same shop.
 
I have got a quote of 71K for the panasonic V20.

This is the lowest quote I have got in Mumbai.

Can the Mumbaiites on the forum update if they get a better quote than this.

After all the reviews read, am really keen on buyin this TV.

In Bangalore every dealer says 68K around with Camera.

Only Girias quoted 64K without Cameraa.

Yeah, I got the 48.5 quote last thursday (i.e. June 24) and without camera.

will get a box pack. though i cant get its detailed specifications anywhere online.
i can live with connectivity limits coz i intend to get 60-80 incher few years down the line anyway.(as yet my benq dlp is too good for my silver screen appetite)

is the tv performance good?? i may have to use it for pc screen in gaming once i get bigger screen .

Bajaj Electronics Hyderabad.
My friend was looking for samsung LCDs and was quoted 62k for C650. He did not negotiate as he ended up buying the C550 for 50k.

So negotiated cost would come between 61-62k. Again, Iam not sure of the tax structure in bangalore, you should be asking someone who has acquired it from bangalore instead.
