Thank you, sir. I have not heard much Herbie Hancock before (though I also have "My Point of View" from you). I will definitely look for "The Piano" as I liked what I heard in this album.

I have to say however that my favourite pianists remain Bill Evans and Dave Brubeck. Hope this will add to that set.

Oh no, I am lazy and so I just inserted the first Amazon result from Google in the URL. Picked it up locally at Rhythm House for a very low amount that I do not recall (< 500).

I realise the best music is only to be found online from cdconnection etc but I enjoy browsing through music at an "actual" store rather than online. Somethng about holding a CD in your hand. However the rapidly diminishing titles to choose from make it clear all future purchases will, sadly, be online.

More musical than her first outing, more mellow and more Tamil influences seen on the tracks especially the background tracks/vocals/music. If you enjoy her kind of music then this one is a winner. Even otherwise serves as a great introduction to her energetic, hip-hop, firebrand music.
