Right now I am listening to ...

Moser, there is shop here in Chennai that has almost all Tamil movie CDs. I am sure he will be happy to take your orders and ship them to Secunderabad. The only issue will be that old movies are clubbed as 2 or 3 into a single. New movies are available as a single CD.

I will send you his address and contact details. If you want I can also speak to him.

Cheers

Please send me the contact details. Last weekend when down in Chennai I visited Landmark since I wanted to pick up some Ilayaraja CDs, but instead found his "Best Of' compilations in mp3 format. Ditto for Yesudas too whose work I wanted to pick up.

I will hopefully be coming to Chennai again this month or in April for a longer stay. Shall hopefully get to meet you this time around...

Practically grew up on a diet of George Michael and Wham. Sigh! Those were the days. A great album to discover this super artist's work.

Hi,

Moserw,Thanks for the inputs !

Ashok hope this for me !! Thanks but one thing though,as you say NYGC is better then other works by her, then its tilted more towards the pop genre then the Jazz (which is what I prefer) so I don't know whether to buy it or not (coz even if this turns out to be the same then :p !) !

I have already mentioned that the song Spanish Harlem is very much to my liking but its the other songs that Am worried ! coz the Cd costs a lot (especially the SACD costs around 50$ )

Anyways will try to find a Flac torrent and try it out and see whether it suits my taste or not !

Thanks for the reply though:) !

Regards.

You are welcome. Ashok mentioned The Raven is better than NYGC, and I do think you will enjoy The Raven very much especially since you do like Spanish Harlem. The vocals are truly amazing on this album.

Remixes galore, still a trip down memory lane. I still have the original album on tape, but no CD and now the original CD is not available hence the remixes. Still worth a trip down memory lane.

Got this one mainly for Return Of The Mack, but this is a good album overall. More of Mark Morrison, full of energy and loud.

Jean Michel Jarre, a French composer of electronic music released this album in1976.
The lead single 'Oxygene IV' is one the most recognizable Electronic pieces in recent history.
I have both LP & Cd versons, cd sounds better than LP (Bad pressing)

An awesome live album by one of the best jazz-rock (atleast that's what I call them) bands around. If you're someone who have heard this band live, I'd call you <your fave cuzword> lucky!
