SONY vs TOSHIBA led tv

p2305 or w700b plz suggest TV.My brother is going for sony but I always wanted to go for TOSHIBA bcoz its value for money product with 3 year warranty and moreover my brother is buying TV with my mom's money so
im suggesting for budget product and this is our first LED TV....
is there any difference in these TV'S

You can buy 3 year additional warranty for sony TV by paying 5k for 40" TV.

Hello brother, I also faced too many difficulties between the selection of good led tv, as my budget was upto 40K, I selected some models in reputed good brands like, SONY, SAMSUNG and LG but when i visited a showroom nearby my house i say Toshiba's new cricket series and believe me i didn't find any difference in PQ between all of the brands infact i found TOSHIBA better than the samsung. So I prefer go for Toshiba's LED without any hesitation and you will get the exact that what you want at budget:yahoo:. Have a look at my attachment

Sony or Toshiba - does it really matter? One gives 3yrs warranty and another you could get the same 3yrs with few extra bucks! What matters is - compare both and see which you like it. Buy it.
As lot discussed in this forum - almost all the brands in recent past does not give you reliability. So atleast you can have a peace of mind for 3yrs after which your mind will go to pieces (based on your luck!!) LCD, LED or Plasma - all depends on your luck.
Ok. No negative ranting here. So don't think otherwise.

ya went through the forums.still confused.actually i am stuck between these two models.i am getting toshiba 39p2305 for 37000/.and sony bravia 42w700b for 64000/(extra 5000 for three years warranty).there is 27000 rs gap between these two models.is it worth it.actually i dont need internet can i go for sony 40 r452a or sony 40r482a.if anyone bought sony 40r452a please give your review.
sony 40r452a is for 10000 less.
