Iam owner of 46W950A for 1year .. i must say its superbbb TV

But these days im bored of this tv .. can someone recommend me good settings for this tv?

I generally use default standard/Vivid .. but now got bored.

I notice brightness increase in this increases gray levels than white levels.

I want good setting to work for Tatasky .. i know settings differ a lot of each DTH.. just like cinema mode works find in my youtube .. but on tatasky it look veryyy dull.

Try Belkin. I am using that. I bought from Flipkart two months back. Its a good product. It costs 700rs for 2 mts.

If you are used to VIVID ,then the settings at which the picture looks the most natural will look like black and white for youhyeah:

No way ..vivid is the most best setting. I will share my settings which i have purchased from a calibrated tv shop for 1k.

This tv is so beautiful and helped me to woo my gf into marriage .. marriage happend after purchase of tv within 2 months.. :yahoo: my relatives all jealous of my tv quality that noone visitng my home now. They are jealous of my tv. Until they own such tv ..they feel like beggar to watch tv in my home.

This is such a magical TV .. dont miss it. I would rate 10000000/5 beyond words ..

You can customize any settings under any picture header like cinema, general and vivid etc. and these setting stays only for that input you are watching when setting up.

If you had customized vivid, then no issues. But if you are watching a Vivid setting as in factory mode, then you have a very strong set of eyes for watching such brilliant light output.

side effects of this tv .. you will loose relatives and eyes. :lol: already my right eye developed big pimple since 2 months... will have to do surgery to remove it .. now im into standard mode:clapping:

too much showoff is poison to your own life. Now my wife parents are not coming to my home at all..

now im thinking to sell this tv and my audi a4 and get low class toshiba, alto

These settings work good for Tatasky ..with 60Hz output ..eco sensor must be off ..
These settings will increase viewing angles ..

Basically brightness setting spoils the viewing angles .. makes more grayish from sides. So keep it in medium.

Someone try these settings and reply how it works on their tv.

Do you still get W950A in market?i bought it few months back, i would say, from various TV I'd watched this one is the best.Stunning colours.
