Great albums. On a separate note, it seems that you are using cork mat on the platter. How is the difference from ordinary mat?

I feel the "Bass" is improved and tight after the extra (cork) mat.

Mate, a cork mat can be used on most TTs. Instead of buying one from eBay etc which are really expensive, I suggest you make one yourself (DIY). All you need to do is find a cork sheet locally and get it cut to spec of your TT.

One can use 'felt' mat as an alternative to 'cork'. It is a cheap way.

I have not tried. Just an idea.

DMK's annual meet always starts with his Prayer Song. The last meet was an exception as Nagoore ji was very ill and his son sang the opening prayer instead.

I think it's an EMI release manufactured in Germany (180 g). At least they claim so in the lp I saw. Beautiful songs. First heard in cassettes then in cd and then in vinyl.
