Today I was lucky to get a new Patricia Barber - Mythologies. This is a 2-LP Mobile Fidelity pressing, produced and mastered at half speed, special (numbered) limited edition, 33 rpm.

Sounds very good.

PS: Nova Audio has a bunch of new LPs, esp Hendrix. You may like to call them.

There are only a small handful of records i've wanted but could never be able to get my hands on, and this was one of them. Until just recently, when they reissued it on 2x45rpm 200gm LPs Long wait over! Sounds fantastic! This record used to go for over $200 on eBay until a few months ago!

Thanks I had an issue with disc 2 of the set but I contacted Acoustic Sounds and they are sending a replacement copy. I also saw that they were selling a limited edition MFSL vinyl of Beck's Sea Change, limited to 1000 copies on pink vinyl! So I ordered that immediately Their shipping is pricey, but you get the records in 2 days from America to Bombay. For an impatient guy like me, it's worth it!

Woah, where did you get those Burzum recs? I just started listening to some black metal, my first LP I got was Wolves in the Throne room. Other than that been listening to some drone metal like Earth and Sunn. Good stuff!

if you look at it, black metal Vinyls are relatively cheaper than their CD counterpart..
