Ruben, that was something on my wish list for long along with Emerson Lake Palmer.. I wish you had two copies of this and I could demand borrowing one

Was hooked on to Jefferson Airplane and Marty Balin tracks for his psychedelic numbers, through tapes during my college days and further enhanced by downloading recently.

though our listening was lagging by 25 years , they really soothed our moods, though not ears..

Interestingly this LP is very hard to find in India, this one was given to me by one of my American customers, when I made a trip to the United States, about 2 years ago. If I come across another copy I'll pick it up for you definitely.

Though Neil Diamond was not my fav, I am hooked on to this particular movie track LP Livingston Seagull.

It was more philosophical which the collage in the album cover infers, possibly Neil would have doped an Indian touch to this album. A must to have in your collections.

The key note here is, this LP album grossed more than the movie itself !!!

I would love to listen to Elvis Costello's My Aim is True on LP. I have the CD and really love the track "Alison". This album has very good sonics but another album that I have (National Ransom, I think) is (sonically) rather poor.

Trivia time: did you know that Costello is married to songstress-pianist Diana Krall?

I dont own Costellos My aim is true. However, apart from This years Model, Ive Armed Forces, Get Happy!! & Punch the Clock in LP version. Alison is truly a great ballad - Ive this track in one of his hits music CD. My aim is true album is still available in the market in Deluxe Edition CD-version. I really enjoyed National Ransom (a collaboration with T-Bone Burnett) - Im really not an expert on Sonics, therefore I dont have a clue about technical aspects - in a way I guess this is a blessing! You should try River in reverse (still available in the market) - a collaboration with Allen Toussaint - superb New Orleans music! A young Costello and Diana Krall would have been a weird pair!!!
