FYKI,Ya you dont need power for led tvs. You can run led tvs on candle lighthyeah::yahoo:
LG is soon to introduce 55" LED TV which will consume around 25W. 1/10th of average 50" plasma consumption.
That's as good as running a TV on candle light.

You will have to pay 2k eitherways.. Whether it is to the dealer of TS directly is the questions..
But looks like TS offer is only for today. So call the CC and enquire your situation.

Sorry for late reply, was a bit bzy.
No the Box delivered was not sealed, have scheduled the Installation for Sunday.
Hope everything goes well. ( Base of the Carton was a bit damaged, 36Kg could be the reason.)
It's January Mfg .

Croma at Oberoi offered 74.5K with Dish connection along with Panasonic standard pair of glasses and 3yrs warranty. No wireless keyboard.
Does any other Mumbai, Thane Croma have better offers?

It would have been better and more convenient for everyone, if you would provide a copy of your bill. Rohini is not exactly next door for a lot of us and a copy of the bill would enable us to get the same deal at another Chroma store.

people who intend to purchase the VT20, esp. from a croma store, i would strongly advise you to please request our fellow members here who have got a good deal on the TV earlier, either from the same store, or from a branch of it. that way, it would be of immense help to you if you feel you are not getting a similar deal, and producing a scanned copy of the other member's bill/invoice no. would help in things getting done in no time ! trust me.
@ members who have got the TV at good deals (esp. from croma) - kindly help us poor souls in getting the similar deal by pls providing us with a scanned copy of the invoice / invoice no., ofcourse if you dont have any problem

you got it from hypercity if am not mistaken ? yeah i've got the TV, but still some confusion regarding the freebies. croma has asked me to furnish the invoice no./scanned copy of invoice of a better deal from another branch of croma mumbai (the deal that 'illusion_heart' got; have PMed him), so that they could compensate me the same way.
