Denon will do the needful via Audyssey for the speakers/subwoofer. Any sound settings on the TV is not required since you will be listening through the avr. The TV is only for display.
Pls see the basics for audyssey setup before running it. Better to use a camera tripod instead of the paper one that comes with the Denon.
After running audyssey, you can tweak manually as per your requirement.

Update -yes. And run audysy in quite hours with fan switched off...fridge if near making noise switch off...anything that makes noise switch off...i did at 3am (the traffic honks and sounds though feeble makes a difference) . This helped in getting very giod dynamics even at lower levels of volume.

But will need to run audysy again after the speakers have run-in!

Finally truth about to unfold. I had been aching to get my home theatre since 2020 but was not successful in life. I used to watch videos only and wished could afford. So here is the moment finally. WISH ME LUCY 4K UHD

Totally agree in doing the callibration late at night when everything is quiet since the mic is sensitive. Keep the mic at ear level & a bit away from the walls(approx 6 inches or more if possible) to avoid reflections. Each subsequent mic position for the seat should not be more than 2 feet. In my case did it for 6 positions. The audyssey phone app is better than the inbuilt Denon one since it gives more flexibility and setting. If you have a tab then it is better to install on it than a phone for a bigger screen. Experiment and enjoy!
