Hi friends,we need to start early perhaps as there are lot gears to review.
I can join you early.

Thanks for reminding all regarding arriving early to the venue, as we will require time to cart gear to the conference hall & then set them up individually. Advise attendees to arrive by 0930 hours to do the needful & minimize wastage of precious time that we will require for reviews.

Also, we will need lots of
1) Extension Chords/Spikes
2) Interconnects
3) Equal Length Speaker Cables preferably with Banana Plugs

Request all bringing their gears to bring the above items along.

Another reminder to anyone attending the meet, if you have a HD Video Camera, pls bring it along so that we can shoot the whole event for posterity & reference.

Yes,those who are bringing gears can come early set there stuff.We may need 30min around.Once done we can start on right time.Cables ,E-cord/spikes also can be carried with individuals so that there wont be any shortage.

I am willing to donate promptly Rs.10,000/- or some more amount provided some other member is ready to donate a equivalent amount.

I was considering to donate some amount even if there is none from other respective members but then i feel if no one else will be interested to be a part of this good gesture then i too should keep away.

So i will stick to my original writing a few days back where i said am willing to donate if others chip in.

I wanted to join the meet on 18th December which was originally planned but the date was shifted to a earlier date and unfortunately i am travelling from 2nd to 13th December.

Guys another good news. I have convinced one of the professional photographers to join the meet. His name is Mohit and he will be coming with his mighty tool. He will shoot the entire event but will not charge us a penny. We just have to take care of his entry to buffet. I have seen him doing a good job in (my company's) corporate events.
