Any idea where to find 65inch LW6500 in delhi..Its avalable on LG website per not able to find it on any store in delhi..

how mucch did you pay...

What u r.talking abt, 2 black vars on both sides showa that u have selected an aspect ratio of 14:9 , instead u can choose 16:9... Hope this will solve ur problem

i want to know whether my tv can read my 1TB HDD through the USB
because i have most of my 3d movies in that.
it NTFS (hard disk)
my Sony 3D Blu-ray Home theater (BDV-E980) wont read my hard disk beacuse it says unknown device
CAn my TV read the HDD
plus about the sound
my TV has reli low sound (what else can i expect )
can i connect a co-ax sound cable from my TV to the home theater
will it work
pls reply fellas ASAP
and tell me is optical betta or co-axial is betta

As far as I know the tv has only optical audio out for home theater and 3.5 jack stereo pin out typically used for headphones, so if ur home theater has optical in , then it shud work the best. Or else check if home theater has hdmi input with ARC (audio return channel) as it exist in our tv, if yex just hook ur hdmi cable ag both ARC enabled hdmi ports and tnis one cable will do both the aUdio video job... If no ARC feature in ur HT then the best option is to connect audio out of source such at STB to HT tnru RYG cable.. Good luck..

Actually my brother just told me that he tried using a Plug n play USB hub by Belkin and connected it to magic motion remote hub.Now with that,except for power on/off the other functions didn't work.It'll be interesting to see if storage USB can be connected and played.

I'll try it out and let you know when we get the LG USB

Dini, any luck with the storage via a USB Hub? Did you manage to try it out? if it works out it will make life so much easier.

Dear all, I bought a 55LW5700 TV last year June along with HB906TA home theater.

The performance of the TV & home theater has been great. I was wondering if it is wise to get an AMC done once the 1yr warranty period is over. The LG website shows 18.5K for a 1 yr AMC. Can someone highlight the possible long term issues that might appear in this TV over a period of time.
Just to mention that I use a UPS to power the TV & home theater.

My 47 LW6500 fails to detect a WD 500GB HDD. Any additional settings required on TV? Please help.I have tried using a 8GB pendrive and that works fine but the issue is only with the 500GB HDD . When I plug in the HDD it looks its trying to detect the HDD for some time and gives up. No error or messages displayed.

I tried calling the LG Service center and the TECH informed HDD ports supports only upto 8GB

Please help.The HDD works fine when connected to my Laptop.

I have connected 1tb to my lw5700.. I am surprised how lg service is giving you wrong information... Try connecting some other hard drive... Say frong seagate or other model of wd hdd...

I own this tv since few months and happy with it... It is the best value for money 3d tv available in market as of today and passive 3d rocks... The only other option is sony ex720 against which lg came as a winner for me...
