OLED TV's price/best quote thread

Anyone has got any recent quotes for the Sony A95L. Online prices seem to be at over 1.3 lakhs more than the G3. What are they thinking?

Vijay sales quoted 3.4L for 65 inches before cashback.

Im in market for a A95L 65 inches if you guys proceed with a group buy then count me in

Bought LG G3 65" OLED from LG best shop (Haralur road, Bangalore) last week for 2.2 lacs (after card disc). Had got a stupidly high quote from Croma earlier (2.6 lacs). And, surprisingly no G3 65" was available in Reliance digital.

TV was delivered in sealed box and excellent condition (expected but I am still anxious about such things, so was relieved). Mfg month is July 2023. LG is running additional warranty offer. Free 2 years additional warranty. So total 3 years warranty, which I think is very good for such a costly product. Super happy with the display. Old TV was a 12 yr old LG 50" plasma. Viewing experience has increased exponentially (no kidding). Jaw dropping imho. TV is installed on a wall right next to a BIG sliding door (lot of light). Was pleasantly surprised that TV is very bright and I had no issues in the bright room. Looks like the micro lens array (mla) technology introduced in G3 has really done wonders.

Today I enquired about it in Devi International, Jayanagar (Folks from Bangalore would be familiar that they quote lowest prices). They are selling for 2.09 lacs (after card disc). I could have saved 10K, had I asked them earlier! But no regrets.

Only extra thing I got from LG best shop is a 1 year insurance on TV that covers even accidental damages. Posting here in case it helps somebody.

PS: I could not find discovery+ app on LG app store. Anybody knows how to install it? Thanks in advance.

Very nice deal
Actually I used the quotes given here in the forum to bargain, funny thing is I started a price war between croma and Reliance . Finally went with reliance due to immediate delivery croma lost out due to stock unavailability

Guys try the same in your cities too , croma and reliance fight over lowest quotes to retain customers

Thanks. Initially had some hesitation as I wanted the G3 but the steep price difference made be consider C3 and take it. Almost 50k more for a few more benefits did not seem worth it.

Got it installed the day before and since then I'm really enjoying it. The picture quality, the black levels, build quality, smooth user interface etc etc. Still to explore a lot of things. A huge upgrade from my previous Sony 55. Really happy to go with this and have saved a good amount.
Sony to LG nice! 😀 i am sure u will enjoy try dolby vision and hdr ott contents its bliss!
