I recently bought a portable headphone amp from a seller named soundciti on Ebay India. Got the item in three days. Plugged in my ipod and sennheiser HD 280 PRO and then the music played, I was just blown off my feet, what a astounding clarity. I have to admit, I haven't heard anything like that before.

As indicated NAS is without harddisk only an bare box which is $191( used) inclusive shipping inside USA. I am bringing the xtreamer($150) and NAS thru my cousin who is coming next week from USA.

8TB NAS with hardisk can be bought around $800 above in USA. Nothin great about 8TB, some members have 50TB of medias in other forum. May be here aneelr will be having more here.

i have with me santosh's xtreamer and HD took it to chk out , wud say its handy for storage and usage
but downloaded stuff dosnt impress, if you rip from original DVD/BD the Xtreamer/HD becomes very handy @ storage and playback

I am planning to rip my original BD's + old collection of DVD's. So long i waited for the media player for the HD audio support and now that it is in visible distance for xtreamer went ahead with. However i am planning to buy an popcorn hour in the future to stream. Also i would like to understand fully about the squeezebox and then venture into it, since i am not into music fully and now only an movie buff.

Regarding etrayz i am not much impressive on the reviews, since it was recently ventured into it and better to step into established leader, since I am also in the first step of NAS, so went with WD.

Toady i bought Tata Sky HD and one HDMI cable from Croma Janak Puri new delgi for 600, and played HD content on my WD tv for the first time and PQ was amazing and i was blown away.
and in Tata Sky HD , the HD channels are still not operational(it will take 24hrs) but the PQ for other channels is also HD level as it is 1080i.

i m goint to miss 5.1 sound as my HT only have analouge input so if any of you guy know how can i still get 5.1 sound from it please let me know.

You do'nt need a burner to rip, a BD ROM drive can rip BD movie as well ....

Y'day bought One For All Touch screen Universal remote(5 Devices) for 1900 Rs.
Few months back saw it for around 5k, got it in TMC's annual offer. Its pretty easy to configure the devices and fun to use it. Will upload the Pic. tonight.

Bought Energy Take Classic 5.1 from Reliance Digital, Vashi for 25K. AVExcellence, Pune was quoting 32K for the same and the authorized distributor Rivera International, Mumbai was quoting 38K!!

Are there any settings that must be used for initial xxx hours?
