Had to do some ugly splicing due to shortage of cables - so far didnt notice losses - but can someone suggest a long term solution without soldering?

You can either use them bare ended or use decent banana plugs such as from Nakamichi without soldering.

Sure buddy ...Obviously, another way for my 1.5 year old is to try and drive the fingers through the sub driver ...Trying hard to keep it away from them man!!

You can either use them bare ended or use decent banana plugs such as from Nakamichi without soldering.

Is it customary to use banana plugs in the middle (the splice is not at the terminals)...I was thinking something like a wire nut (if it is available here).

yet to open the stuff up..

the DIy itch is resurfacing after years of dormancy.. Probably do a sub first and post WAF on that probably do some mains.

Which place are they selling it for almost the same price ? The price of the Denon 1911 has reduced quite a bit. The current price is about 31/32k for the 1911 in bangalore with B&W.

The 1912 is selling at around 42-44k in bangalore. These were the price quotes I received last week when I picked up my 1911.
