Congrats GOVI.
I will suggest go for Tata Sky HD instead of Airtel. & Before that check Videocon 3D option also.
TY @ rajrs. Airtel is a free bundled offer with the Sony TV. I would choose a HD after 3 months. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi,
Sorry for the delayed post. I was experiencing my new EX720 and could not find time here.
@Prankey - I got it for 74000.
I am not seeing any clouding. I checked it in darkness connected to my PC which was set to black background with maximum backlight and with environment settings OFF. The screen becomes bright gray at this setting, however is uniform throughout.
I havent yet got my airtel HD connection. I am watching with cable connection. picture is crisp and clear for most of the cable tv channels. I played some DVD movies, they are so good. Yet to see any HD/Bluray. I am waiting for it.
Got my 32EX720 from S'pore. Also got 2 Sony 3D glasses free with it. Quite happy with PQ. Still playing with settings to improvise. I selected the vivid setting and then tweaked that setting. Very good PQ. With Sound Enhancer on the sound also shows an improvement as compared to the 'Off' setting. No clouding perceived. Haven't tried the 3D so far because I don't have any 3D content as of now. All my movies that I play through my Seagate HD media player look much better than the CRT TV I used before.

Congrats.
I have tried 3D settings on normal channels e.g. Star Gold HD. (verical & horizontal ) or somthing similar. It changed the picture. But i dont have 3D glasses hence cant comment on 3D Quality. But U can try with glasses & inform us as early as possible. So that i can think of buying 3D glasses.
" Can you give some settings for the TV? I used the settings mentioned in CNET, But the Tvs standard and vivid looked much better!
Govi, I appreciate the revert. Glad to know that this TV is not affected by clouding effect which was there is the 2 Samsung ones I bought last year. Enjoy your purchase.. Hope Sony adds support for NTFS and 3D through USB so I could look to buy it avoiding the Samsungs.
Congrats.

How do you try out the 3D settings on normal channels? For the 3D effect you need to have a source that was shot in 3D. That's my understanding.
Thats a funny way of trying You need to try 2D to 3D conversion instead, otherwise even through 3D glasses you would get distorted image.. Vertical and Horizontal are 2 different ways of Side by Side 3D..I have tried 3D settings on normal channels e.g. Star Gold HD. (verical & horizontal ) or somthing similar. It changed the picture. I am using 40" EX720 since one month, excellent video and Internet features.
I am using PS3 Media server application for streaming all video files from my media server to this TV and all files plays well with out any issue or buffering. :yahoo:
