Please read my thread about my replacement experience.
1. The box was opened for the first time in my house. Hours Count was zero.
2. Two pairs 3D glasses were in the box. The service centre did not intend to let me have it. But i refused to hand them over. Later i got a call from the service centre about it. Then I called the Panny Manager from their head office. I had spoken to him much earlier about this situation i.e. The service centre taking out stuff from the box. I had also demanded the hours count to be zero.
3. Keep in mind though that before the replacement I was told that the box would be opened at the service centre to check for transit damage. Dunno why they did not do it. Good for me
