Watched Viva Cuba once again. The simplicity of this movie still warms my heart and makes me happy every time I watch it. A rare film, those who love foreign films, please watch it .

Most Thrilling Experience for me
LOST THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON BLU RAY REVIEW
This was my first tv season watched on blu ray high defination and let me say it was hell of a show to start with in your collection.There are total 25 epsiodes of 42 to 43 mins each.Total 7 disc in box set priced 2999 inr and was released by disney and is region free so you can play on any blu ray player or ps3 .I have got the uk version which comes in one big blu ray case while in india we get in different cases in big slip case.So that was about the box and disc.
Now about the story - 5/5
The story is about 48 passengers who survived a oceanic airways plane travelling from sydney to los angeles crashed on a mysterious island in nowhere, na it is not bermuda triangle
can be i have not watched other seasons yet.The season revolves around 10 to 15 main charachters and shows how they got in plane and what happens next in island. The story is full of suspense and thrilling.Each of these 15 charachters have their secret or own story which were unkown to each other .I will not go further into story as it could spoil the mood to watch.I will rate story 5/5
Picture Quality - 4/5
To be honest picture quality is quite good , i have not watched lost on tv or dvd or any medium before this .There are still heavy grains in some scenes ,and doesnt look best restored but still better .You can see grains on faces and also every details clearly .I will rate it 4/5
Audio Quality - 4.5/5
DTS HD 5.1 english is used .The sound is crisp and you can hear thumping sounds which rattles your speakers I wont say when as it would be spoiler..The Background score is quite good and keeps you on edge of your seat while story unfolds.The sound quality is 4.5/5 for me but not much a demo material but for background score I will rate it high
There 8 hours of bonus materials which i yet have to watch, I wont rate it.
Overall - 4.5/5
Overall I will rate it 4.5 as for lots of bonus materials, I know I have not watched it but what the heck must be worth it .When the season ends it just makes you think what will happen next and wants you to watch season 2 as soon as you can.There are some questions which will be left unanswered as the writer and director wants us to think more .If you are more into typical drama type daily hindi soap watcher stay away from this or better watch it you would know how tv shows should be in reality.
Last line and i end my review must have tv season in your collection .Worth every penny.Me gonna start watching bonus materials and then season 2 soon.

One of the greatest classic,beautifully restored.
movie- 5/5
The movie is rejuvenating and refreshing.for kids and elders alike this film is must watch.music of the film is very creative and brings childhood memories .story is still fresh.touching and quite emotional. Julia Andrews has done fabulous acting and even kids (now adults) were good. Christopher Plummer is true legend in his own sense.

picture quality is near perfect and if u look even if it is 45 years old film ,still looks amazing on huge screen ,beautiful scenery . but main part of this film is music

Lost on bluray is 5/5 for PQ. The grains add to the cinema feel rather than glossy soap look.
I watched the entire series on DVD but ordered BR version. It's that good.

I have the entire series. I started watching it again with my wife and saw till the ending of season 2. Then I had to travel abroad and did not get back after that. This serves as a reminder to start with Season 3.

Well acted by everyone and especially by Hailee Steinfeld who in real life is a 14-year-old.

Transformers Weekend (more like Megan Fox weekend says my wife)...
Transformers (2007) - IMDb - The best of the series IMHO. Breakout roles for both Shia LaBeouf & Megan Fox and an all star cast of Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Rachael Taylor, Anthony Anderson, Jon Voight & John Turturro. The SFX are simply awesome. I liked it so much I bought the DVD with DTS and then again the Transformers Trilogy Blu-ray pack.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) - IMDb - Kind of lost the track a bit in this sequel. They tried to go bigger and better but somehow the impact was lost and the story was not so coherent. Still Megan Fox (on a bike and off it) is eye candy enough.
Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011) - IMDb - Rosie Huntington-Whiteley takes over for Megan Fox... she's ok but I still miss Megan Fox. The movie was better than Transformers 2 but still not as good as the original. The SFX and stunts though were out of this world especially the one involving the skyscraper.

Watched "the big lebowski" last night. One of my friend is big fan of this movie and he insisted I buy this movie. So bought it from Amazon.uk sometime back and last night got a chance to watch it....
Awesome awesome movie, absolutely hilarious..."The Dude" has a cult following and now i know why, I was amazed when I watched Fargo and No country for old men from Cohen brothers and I thought it was their best, but "Dude" takes the cake, do watch this movie if you are fan of slow phased humor !!!! i think i will watch it one more time today
