@Denom: I have a suggestion, why don't we create a master list with cities where delivery will happen.

Going by the response I think we may touch 15-20 pieces easily, since we will have a firm number available, we can further discuss to either reduce the delivery charges or waive them off completely.

Also, what is the warranty period for this product, I have heard 5 years somewhere, may be in dreams....lolzzz

As for the shipping rates, will get back with the info once I have a word about it tomorrow.

1 year warranty only ( we aren't in America where you get 3 yrs for standard models & 5 yrs for reference models)

Denom, why dont you take the delivery of the good to yourself and ship to all outstation ones. i am sure that it would not be so expensive. you can use tnt or professionals (pretty reasonable).

Yep, why not, as you can see when i went to dubai by jan I posted here itself if anybody want me to carry these stuffs.. 2 of my friend families including myself totaling to 8 no's we went and came with very less stuffs. I got CD6003 for 14.5K, but here members expected for around 12K and could not bargain too low.

I will let you know if anybody is coming from duabi... Please note that if you could locate some shops in Saudi(Alkhobar) thru internet and bargain for your required price, i will bring 10 pieces by this month end., i am having more than 10 persons coming from there.:licklips:

In Singapore, its the usual Adelphi, Sim Lim Square, though last heard Mustafa Centre is the place for a good deal too. No idea about malaysia though.

Hi, u have wrongly interpreted and my wording also meant that, i got request from our members to buy for 12K and less and the price is 14.5K that time. The price is at VV.sons with another deal.

Thank you Denom for taking the initiative. This CDP definitely would've been on my wishlist provided I have a decent collection of good quality CDs. But this group buy offer is so tempting that I gave myself another opportunity to find out if it can play MP3 or flacs via USB with the help of Unkal Googal. He says forget about flacs, mp3 is doable that too with a rudimentary file system CD6003 has. And pen drives only, no external HDDs. Can anyone here confirm what I've grasped from Unkal Googal? Gladly accepts corrections.

I got my CD 5003 for 9.2k from singapore during last quarter of 2010, CD 6003 was costing around 15k at that time. I guess that the prices must be the same now. :licklips:
