Not pointing fingers at anyone here. I can understand that some people could have apprehensions of the safety of their monies but AFAIK, Denom is a trusted and senior member of the forum and has taken initiative for the benefit of several members. Let us applaud his effort and take this forward. I wish one of our dealer members take this forward by ordering 5 more pieces to complete the requisite numbers.

Couple of things :
1) Checked with seller, No silver available, so people who wanted silver - sorry.
2) Let me re-iterate, there is no bill & warranty offered on these units, either your cool with that or not.
3) I have made things clear in the posting about the rest of the deal, the distri gave me a deadline of the 13th - which has already been missed due to obvious reasons.
4) People having negative vibes about the deal & my intentions on it, I've nothing to comment on this - If you do not have trust, I can do nothing about it.
5) I was to buy this CDp but now not going to do so as will wait for future model that will also plays FLAC's, having built up a sizeable collection of them very recently.
6) I can see my friends laughing silly at me now - warning me not to put myself on the line, that I will be burned for it & my intentions will be questioned.
7) The dealers can maybe heave a sigh of relief due thanks to the doubting thomas's here & maybe continue to milk as they please (maybe these buyers need/deserve to be milked)
So there, its all out in the open - let me hear more comments post this reply.

So the count is less now and the price may differ.
Is there an offer for rest of the folks who opted for black colour. You can make this happen in the lines of other group-buy's earlier (Onkyo HT3300, Playon HD et, al) which were successful. Afterall folks who had shown inclination in this group-buy would be happier if they had got their cake too!
Well iam interested too, but unfortunately not in current situation :sad: to buy!

Now the thing is that I have to get a confirmed figure on the no of u/ts in order for me to get a confirmed pricing from the seller. So all those who are still interested in the CD6003, pls re-confirm your firm & binding purchase interest for the same & then only can I get this group buy moving along. Pls remember its only the black colour CD6003 available now & hence confirm only if you agree to buy the black colour CD6003.
Hopefully I can get all the replies by tomorrow evening/night for me to take further action on the same.

If you think from a new comer's point of view who has no prior experience of this group/forum and doesn't know anybody personally it's a very fair query to be on cautious side.
I may be completely wrong and there may be negative vibes but I would definitely give it a benefit of doubt and take it in the spirit.
