With Blu-Rays, there's a setting "24p Smooth Film" which essentially makes the TV show the Blu-Ray at 96 Hz instead of 24 Hz, showing each frame 4 times, thus making it look smoother. It works great and I've thus far not seen any judder or flicker or any other motion issues on Blu-Rays thus far. The 24P Smooth Film is at the same place as IFC in the settings. It actually replaces the IFC setting when it detects a 24 Hz source (Blu Ray).
I wish blacks were blacker still but other than that, Blu Ray playback looks flawless to me.
thanks mate, I got in touch with him but are you sure that croma does the price matching even after purchase?
they had done it for me. you will get the freebies.
STB default is 50hz.
Well Kittu, in Videocon D2H, there are 2 options to set, 60Hz and 50Hz, when i set it to 60Hz, i can see the judder

vt20 is not listed because it is a 2010 model and still old stock is selling!!! st30 is 2011 model.
That judder is caused by the STB itself while converting 50Hz to 60Hz.
For 50Hz transmissions, there doesn't seem to be any solution but to deal with the motion issue (not really judder).
Do you see it 60Hz native signal? That will be new because I dont.
I have received my TV on 31st evening no transit damage, it is new one with 00.00 hr and 0.00 start counter.
