Hey Guys,

I have a purchased a Harman kardon AVR 70 and I want to buy a set of 5.1 speakers for it. I had purchased the avr from Croma @bandra. The speakers that the rep gave a demo was the HKTS 9 which cost 45k. he had also shown me a set of JBL speakers for the price of 20K but i was not intrested in that product. There are no JBL showrooms in Mumbai except at Croma stores Juhu, Andheri and the Bandra showroom and they only have limited range. I had also checked out speakers at Polk TL1600 which the rep was ready to give at 31k. Since this is my first home theatre purchase i want to buy a good 5.1 system as my budget is 30k. Please advise!!!

And I got it some 20 minutes ago. Inserted 3 HDDs and connected it to media player. All are accessible at the same time. Played contents from all 3 HDDs for trial. Awesome. :yahoo:

Booked the LG 42LM6690 for 75k yesterday, delivery is today and hopefully the installation will be done tomorrow. There was an offer running for 89990 with LG Blu-ray home theater with this TV. I negotiated the price without the HT offer and got the same for 75k + 5.2k for Reliance care for the extended warranty for another year apart from the regular LG 1 yr warranty.

Edit: Received the TV today and connected the same. With the default settings the picture is awesome and I played the Avatar 3D and it was just superb. I cross checked the usage hours and it is showing as 0 hours. Pretty happy with the purchase and the price.

Yup As some of you might ve known I happen to get the ever so beautiful Krell 400xi from SriniSunder and also the Emotive XDA-1 from Flanker (Cuz I needed a DAC for playing my flacs)... Pics and experience and opinions will follow in the next few days..!!!!.. My search for the Stereo Integrated has reached a stop... Pitt stop ~ I hope not!!! but you never know
