Toshiba P2305 39" Review

Hello Guys,

I bought my P2305 39" via infibeam.com for a price of 32,109/- and got it delivered today. The warranty card doesn't have anything filled in dealer area. No dealer signature, No Seal.

Do I need to call Toshiba to get it? Is it mandatory to call Toshiba service personal to get it installed? I think I can do the installation myself!.

I am more concerned about the warranty. Please tell me what to do!
 
Guys, i am having tata sky HD input to my 39L3300 TV. So aspect ration input from tata sky is 16:9 and my current picture setting of TV is "native". There is no 16:9 aspect ration in TV picture settings.
So i am confused should i go for "Wide" settings or continue with "native" settings.

Amazing price i would say..How was the packing? How many days it took to reach you?
Reg your question You can get it Installed yourselves, Just log a call to Toshiba for the demo & free wall mount. That time the service engineer will fill the forms & take the company part with him

Packaging was great!
The worst part is the time taken to deliver compared to other online websites. Flipkart used to deliver in 2 days. infibeam took more than 2 weeks to deliver. I purchased it on May 4th 2014 and I received it on 20th May.
 
The flipkart seller states only 1 year warranty in the product page. How can i confirm i will get 3 years?

The Toshiba service guy will come on Monday for installation. The person who called me said that the service guy will collect warranty card. I'll let you know about the warranty on Monday.

The service person from Toshiba came today and done the wall mount installation for free :) . He took the warranty card (Company Copy) after filling my address. He said I'll get 3 year warranty for sure. So guys buy this product with confidence. Its worth the price. No other Company provides 3 year warranty for an LED TV.

For all those from Kerala: I am from Calicut,Kerala and I bought this product from infibeam.com for a price of 32,109. This is the cheapest price available online now. The delivery time is a bit slow (took 15 days) though!

Thanks Anoop! Isn't it printed on the warranty card how many years of warranty is given? Why would there be a confusion 1 year or 3 years, even if buying online?
 
It is written on the warranty card that some models including P2305 39" will get 3 year warranty by default. No need to pay any additional amount to get it..

I'll check the warranty card tonight. I am at my office now and will go back home only at 11PM.

You may give a call to Toshiba's Customer care no: 1800-200-8674 or 1800-11-8674(toll free) and confirm it.

Snapdeal usually ships faster than infibeam. Talk to the seller before placing order!
 
I am having very bad experience with snapdeal. I placed order on 11th march 2014 for Toshiba 39L330 Order Number 1939966879. At last i didn't got product and reason i got is delivery misplaced, i wasted my 30 days to refund money for which i called snapdeal customer care daily minimum five times for 20 days. Lost Rs 1000 to speak with customer care.
They do not having escalation matrix to escalate issue. Reply from them is robotic and every time i got different reasons. Once you pay then they don't care, every time when i called them they replied "our executive will call me back within 24-48 hrs" and i never got call from customer care.
If you want to save some money and ready to take risk in case replacement or another issue,then you can go ahead.
My suggestion is never go with snapdeal for advance pay option.

Plz. share your experience with Infibeam as I was also liked to shop from Infebeam but due to some negative reviews I dropped the idea. I also put my discussion on 12 April 2014 in this thread here
