This is one of the best fusion album for me. I had this album recorded on a chrome tape and again bought it on cd when it was released in India. If i am not mistaken this album is on ECM and not Verve. I am eagerly waiting for this album to re-release in vinyl.

You're right, this is ECM (ECM 1349).

Spinning this album: Mozart Klavierkonzerte - Piano Concerto Nos 21 and 27 by the Weiner Philharmoniker, Friedrich Gulda piano, Claudio Abaddo conducting (Deutsche Grammaphon). This Gulda dude is a genius with the piano.

It's very true that we can't find out damged LP by inspecting with our eyes, howver good an LP seems to appear it can be deeply sctratched in the groves which we can hear once the LP is played; it's through experience we know this is common problem while using pre owned LPs. A bit of late 80s nostalgia - Martika'a self titled album. Spinning Toy Soldier. Beautiful lyrics, beautifully sung. I wonder why she disappeared without a trace after this massive hit.

PS : picked up 50+ records today. Now the boring part - cleaning them

Just got my Bob Dylan The orginal mono recordings 9-LP set. The only word which describes the package is UNREAL. WOW !!

Brilliant sound quality and the free booklet and the inner sleeves reprinted with some of the albums. I am glad I bought this. Flipkart took my order but cancelled it as they were out of stock. (Flipkart astonishes me from time to time). Finally rhythm house in Mumbai had this one last set and I grabbed it
