Are you talking of VT20? They only had one display piece of V20 last when I check. I have direct contact with the owner of Devi to get the best discounts. If you find any, let me know and I will negotiate the best price if possible. There is one unit available with Devi international, you can check with Ramesh (sales person). Many of us purchased for 75k. Rest is your talent.

I have contrast at around 67 - 70..
Yes, VT20. Btw what is the best price you got on 42ST30 (including offers) ?
That one again is NOT a sealed unit and they don't want to sell for less than 75k or so (as its a single unit). I think its better to get through Croma at 68k.
42ST30 best price I have so far with keyboard is 63k. Let me know if you locate a source for less so I could negotiate further.
68k is a very good price , guess it should be with one eye wear.
Yday we picked up a 42ST30 for 61k with out the keyboard. Not sure if keyboard is worth 2k.
Yup, VT20 is with one glass which comes in the box and hopefully keyboard.68k is a very good price , guess it should be with one eye wear.

Guys, has any of you run the d-nice settings on your plasmas? I don't see the CATS off, the blur off and Video NR options on my VT20D. Also they state the display interval to be slow. I don't know how many seconds that might be.
Anyone who has accurately calibrated their panels here?
Another question. Can the firmware update be done using a USB drive?
Yes, It can be done via USB drive. I did it via a pen drive.
Hope this helped
Hello everyone, I just bought vt20 yesterday, I did not get enough time to check it out but have been watching cable tv for a couple of hours.
I have the strangest and stupidest question! The video seems faster as compared to my older panasonic plasma. The lip sync and sound are normal, I don't know why is this happening? Or am I just not used to such a high end tv?
The picture quality is fantastic, everything is great... But the speed seems faster.
Can someone please help me undestand this.
Thanks a lot.
What are you watching? If you are watching Movies Now, this is normal.
He is talking of conversion of 23.98fps movie content to 25fps (50i) by Movies Now channel.Hi... So far I have tried star world hd, zstudio, Sony max, basically tried a few channels and everything mostly seems faster.
Also, we tried watching a downloaded movie via a western digital media box and that seemed faster too... It was in blu ray format. However, we had watched transformers in blu ray for a few minutes yesterday and it seemed fine. I sometimes feel the video is in normal speed but so far it has been the most confusing experience ever.
Also why do u say it is normal in case of movies now?

What are you upgrading from?
Is the video moving faster or 'efforless'?
Watch some live telecast of match.. If it is going faster, post scores earlier and earn a fortune.. You've got a gem of a TV..

What you are seeing is increased motion resolution which you get by using a high end TV with IFC/MotionPlus etc! If you disable IFC, it may look normal to you.
